The SCIP is running a survey for patients, families, and referrers.
We’d really like your feedback on our service; what we do well, how we might improve, and what comments you have generally about our service.
The survey is being run using Survey Monkey and all responses are anonymous. There are separate surveys for adult cochlear implant users, families of children with cochlear implants, and referrers to the SCIP (Audiologists, Advisers on Deaf Children, and ENT Surgeons). Each survey is relatively short and will take around 3 minutes to complete. We’d appreciate your time in giving us feedback.
