The SCIP is running a survey for adult recipients, and families of children using implants.
We’d really like your feedback on our service; what we do well, how we might improve, and what comments you have generally about our service. This year we’ve also asked questions about your experiences, generally, of life with an implant.
The survey is being run using Survey Monkey and all responses are anonymous. There are separate surveys for adult cochlear implant users, and families of children with cochlear implants. Each survey is relatively short. We’d appreciate your time in giving us feedback.
