We’ve just mailed out a short survey for those recipients and families living in Southland and Otago. We’re looking at how we can improve access to our service for people in these regions and need your input to do this. The surveys are paper-based and quite short. We ask you what you find most important about our service, and what barriers get in the way. We also ask you a bit about travel and accommodation in getting to Christchurch for your appointments. The surveys just sent out include a post-paid envelope for return after you’ve completed it. If you like and if for any reason the mail doesn’t get to you, you can download the relevant survey here;

The survey closes 31 January 2018 so there’s plenty of time to get it back … but if you could get it back before then it’d be great. We’ll collate a summary of the results and provide people feedback. We’re planning meetings in Dunedin and Invercargill in early 2018 and we’ll discuss services in Southland and Otago then.
