Christmas and New Year Hours 2024-25

Our offices will close at 5.00pm on Friday , 20th December 2024 and will re-open at 8.30am on Monday, 6th January 2025.  Some restricted services are available week days during office closure, except for public holidays.

  • Friday 20 December – CLINICS CLOSE 5pm

 

  • Monday 23 December – CLOSED – EMERGENCIES ONLY
  • Tuesday 24 December – CLOSED – EMERGENCIES ONLY
  • Wednesday 25 December – CLOSED – NO SERVICE – Statutory holiday
  • Thursday 26 December – CLOSED – NO SERVICE – Statutory holiday
  • Friday 27 December – CLOSED – EMERGENCIES ONLY

 

  • Monday 30 December – CLOSED – EMERGENCIES ONLY
  • Tuesday 31 December – CLOSED – EMERGENCIES ONLY
  • Wednesday 1 January – CLOSED – NO SERVICE – Statutory holiday
  • Thursday 2 January – CLOSED – NO SERVICE – Statutory holiday
  • Friday 3 January – CLOSED – EMERGENCIES ONLY

 

  • Monday 6 January – CLINICS OPEN 8.30am

Cover for both offices will be provided from Queens Drive, Wellington.  For the emergency days, patients should use the following contact details for emergency requests:

The Milford Chambers and Queens Drive office numbers will not be answered during these times.  Please use the contact details above.

Patients can leave a message at the mobile number or email address listed above when the office is closed; however, any messages will only be actioned on the days listed as EMERGENCIES ONLY.

Please note:

  • Emergency requests include spare parts and loan devices only.
  • Clinic appointments will not be available at these times.
  • Patients should ensure they have sufficient batteries for the holiday period as requests for batteries will not be actioned.
  • Batteries can be sourced from local Audiology clinics or pharmacies.
