Christmas and New Year Hours 2023-24
SCIP offices in both Lower Hutt and Christchurch will close at 5.00pm on Thursday 21st December 2023. Both offices will re-open at 8.30am on Monday 8 January 2024. Some restricted services are available week days during office closure, except for public holidays.

Cover for both offices will be provided from our Queen’s Drive, Lower Hutt office. For the emergency days, people should use the following contact details for emergency requests:

Messages can be left at the mobile number or email address listed above when the office is closed, however messages will only be actioned on the days listed as EMERGENCIES ONLY.
Please Note:
- Emergency requests include spare parts and loan devices only.
- Clinic appointments will not be available from 22 December to 5 January.
- Ensure you have sufficient batteries for the holiday period as requests for batteries will not be actioned.
- Batteries can be sourced from local Audiology clinics or Pharmacies.
